Reach the employees traditional fitness messaging misses

Most wellness programs work best for people who already feel comfortable with fitness. My talks are designed for everyone else — the employees who feel too busy, intimidated, inconsistent, or far behind.

"I don't have time."
"I'm just not a fitness person."
"I never stick with it."

Common questions

Are sessions virtual or in person?

Both. Virtual sessions run live over Zoom or your platform of choice, with no app or login required for attendees. In-person sessions are available for teams and conferences in the Los Angeles area.

Can you customize the session?

Yes. Tell me a bit about your team and what they're navigating, and I'll tailor the examples and recommend the strongest topic and format.

What fitness levels is this appropriate for?

All levels. Sessions are designed to be welcoming across fitness levels, body types, ages, and abilities, with no public participation required.

Will employees need equipment or workout clothes?

No, unless we arrange a hands-on movement segment in advance. Most sessions require nothing more than a seat and a notepad.

How much does a session cost?

Pricing depends on format, group size, and whether it's a single session or a series. Share some details in the inquiry form below and I'll follow up with options.

Can we record the session?

Recording and internal replay rights are available by arrangement. Tell me how your organization plans to use the recording, and I'll include the appropriate option in your proposal.
