Terms & Privacy

Last updated: 13 August 2026

Please read this first. These terms govern your use of themidlifeblueprint.com and any programs, guides, or memberships purchased through it. By using this site or buying a product, you agree to what follows. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Who we are

The Midlife Blueprint ("we," "us," "our") provides strength-training and nutrition education for women over 40 in the form of digital guides, programs, and written content. You can reach us at hello@themidlifeblueprint.com.

2. Not medical advice

This is the most important section on this page.

Everything on this site and in our products is general educational information. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare provider. We are not your doctor, physical therapist, or registered dietitian, and no doctor-patient or clinician-client relationship is created by your use of this site or purchase of a product.

Consult a physician before beginning any exercise or nutrition program, particularly if you are pregnant or postpartum, have a history of injury, or have any cardiovascular, metabolic, musculoskeletal, or other medical condition, or take any medication.

Strength training carries an inherent risk of injury. You participate voluntarily and at your own risk. Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you experience chest pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any pain that feels like more than normal training effort.

You are solely responsible for deciding whether any exercise, load, or nutritional approach is appropriate for you.

3. No guaranteed results

Results vary from person to person and depend on factors outside our control, including your starting point, consistency, sleep, nutrition, genetics, age, medical history, and life circumstances. Any outcome described on this site is an illustration, not a promise. We do not guarantee any specific result in strength, body composition, weight, energy, or health.

4. Purchases, delivery, and refunds

Our products are digital and delivered electronically. Some are sold through third-party platforms such as Etsy; where that is the case, that platform's own terms, payment processing, and refund policy apply to your purchase in addition to these terms.

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a product has been delivered, except where required by law or where the platform you purchased through provides otherwise.

If a file fails to download or arrives corrupted, email us and we'll get you a working copy.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. A price change does not affect a purchase you have already completed.

5. What you may and may not do with our products

When you buy a program or guide, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own individual, non-commercial purposes. You keep that licence indefinitely.

You may not:

All content on this site and in our products — text, programming, photographs, layout, and the name "The Midlife Blueprint" — is our property and is protected by copyright and other applicable law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage — including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — arising from your use of this site, our products, or any information we provide. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in question.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

7. Assumption of risk

You understand that strength training, mobility work, and dietary change involve inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of how carefully a program is designed or followed. These risks include, but are not limited to: muscle strains, sprains, and tears; joint, tendon, and ligament injury; back and disc injury; fractures; falls; dropped or mishandled equipment; heat illness or dehydration; fainting; adverse reactions to changes in diet; aggravation of a pre-existing condition; heart attack, stroke, or other cardiovascular events; permanent disability; and, in rare cases, death.

You confirm that:

You knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the Released Parties defined below.

8. Release and waiver of liability

In consideration of being permitted to access this site and to purchase and use our products, you agree, on behalf of yourself and your heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, and personal representatives, to release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue The Midlife Blueprint, together with its owner, any successor entity through which the business is operated, and their respective officers, directors, members, managers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, licensors, and successors (collectively, the "Released Parties"), from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses of any kind — including attorneys' fees and including claims based on negligence — arising out of or in any way connected with:

This release applies whether such claim arises from the negligence of the Released Parties or from any other cause, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Nothing in this section releases the Released Parties from liability for gross negligence, recklessness, fraud, intentional misconduct, or any other liability that applicable law does not permit to be released or waived. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claim, demand, liability, loss, damage, cost, or expense — including reasonable attorneys' fees — brought by any third party and arising out of your breach of these terms, your misuse of this site or our products, your violation of any law or the rights of another, or your sharing of our materials with anyone else.

10. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will stay in full force and effect. In particular, if any part of the release above is held unenforceable, the remainder of the release continues to apply.

11. Third-party links

This site links to third-party sites and services we don't control. We're not responsible for their content, products, or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

12. Privacy — what we collect

We collect only what you give us and what our service providers collect on our behalf:

We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies and does not track individual visitors.

We do not collect or store your payment card details. Purchases are processed by the platform you buy through, and your card information goes to them, not to us.

13. How we use it

We use your information to deliver what you asked for, send you emails you've signed up for, respond to your messages, and improve the site. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.

We share information only with the service providers who make this business run — currently our email platform (Kit), our website host (Netlify), our analytics provider (Cloudflare), Pinterest for the advertising and measurement described above, and the storefront you purchase through — and only so they can perform those services for us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

14. Your choices and rights

Every marketing email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom; one click and you're off the list for good. You can also email us at any time to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA — email us and we'll honour them.

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes described here.

15. Cookies and tracking

This site and the services embedded in it use cookies and similar technologies. Some remember your preferences or help us understand how the site is used. Others, placed by the Pinterest Tag, are advertising cookies: they follow activity across websites so Pinterest can measure how our content performs and show you relevant ads.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, and most browsers offer a setting to reject third-party cookies specifically. Some parts of the site may not work as well if you do. You can also manage Pinterest's own advertising and personalisation settings from within your Pinterest account, and many browsers and devices offer a "do not track" or "limit ad tracking" option.

16. Children

This site and its products are intended for adults and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us their information, email us and we'll delete it.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will always tell you when. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

18. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

19. Contact
